Q:  How do I get to Dell's support site?
A: Point your web browser to http://www.support.dell.com
      For dell Premier site access go to:
      http://premier.dell.com and then use access code
      and key to gain entry to the site.

Q: How do I get to the Dell K-12 faculty and staff purchasing site?
A: Go to the following site (have your districts member ID on hand):
     http://www1.us.dell.com/content/default.aspx

Q: I do not have a member ID for the Dell faculty and staff purchase site, what do I do now?
A: Please contact support@dbsys.com for your site ID information.

Q: How do I get to the Microsoft EOpen site (for CD-Key information)?
A: You can go to the Microsoft website at: https://eopen.microsoft.com or call them at (888) 652-2342.  Be sure to have your license     agreement handy, as they will need this information to process your information.  Please check our instructions under Support Info.

Q: Where can I get online training?
A: As part of your Dell purchases, you can visit the http://www.educateu.com website.  They offer numerous complimentary courses as well as others that can be purchased.
